It works every time I've needed it. Very user friendly. Quality, sturdy plug in. Only downside is that it doesn't come with a box or sleeve to store it in soI just used a hair trimmer kit box (perfect size) to store it in rather than just having it loose. Overall, GREAT PRODUCT!!

Easy to use

This is the second OBD2 reader that I've had. The first one I had so much difficulty actually linking it to the vehicle when it did link it was great. This new unit that I have you plug it in it sees the vehicle it's done. I can't really comment on the accuracy because I've only used it two times. But at this point I think it's good.
