Absolutely necessity anymore if you're trying to work on your own vehicles trying to program throttle bodies etc with using YouTube and saying pressing down on pedal and doing all that crap does not work properly The only way truly to program throttle bodies and other necessity parts to program is to use a diagnostic tool like this I reprogrammed a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JKU right hand drive throttle body and gas pedal what a 180 from trying to just depress the gas pedal very slowly etc using the diagnostics tool to reprogram it completely changed a vehicle to the better shifts much smoother and better gas mileage.
Definitely recommend this model to anyone

Purchased for vehicle diagnostics on multiple vehicles.Connects to every vehicle we have attempted so far and provides a wide range of tests and monitors to assist in troubleshooting issues.Build quality is solid and co.es with a carry case to hold everything. The case is on the bigger side so I tend to leave that in the truck and walk with the tablet. Battery life is great plus it uses a micro usb port. USB C would be nice but its definitely not an issue. The VCI / Bluetooth module has a dock in the tablet housing so it's convenient to walk with.I'd advise getting a screen protector just incase for added protection. It is a tool worth protecting!

Warranty and return policies may vary depending on the country/region of purchase due to product differences.
If the product does not meet the criteria for free repair after inspection, customers can choose to pay for the repair or have the product returned as is.
For issues out of the warranty coverage (e.g., damages caused by human error), inspection fees, replacement part costs, testing fees, labor fees, and shipping fees will be charged accordingly.
Please back up your data before sending your product for repair, as repairs may result in data loss.

  • Do not return severely damaged batteries, such as those with broken casings, swelling, or leakage. If such batteries are returned, they will be discarded by us and cannot be returned to the customer.

  • Any loss resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or recipient refusal to accept delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • For cross-border returns, prior approval is required. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and clearance fees incurred during the process.
